About 3RINCs
The 3RINCs (The 3R International Scientific Conference on Material Cycles and Waste Management) has been held annually in Asia and Oceania since the first 3RINCs 2014 in Kyoto, Japan, bringing together experts and stakeholders from around the world. The 3RINCs have successfully brought together experts and stakeholders from all over the world in countries, especially in Asia and Oceania, and have been used as a forum for sharing the latest scientific knowledge and research results on material cycles and waste management from the perspective of the 3Rs, resource recycling and circular economy, as well as information on policies, private sector technology development, NGO activities, etc. In recent years, in particular, efforts to address global challenges such as climate change, marine plastic pollution and resources conservation have become increasingly active, and unique research and activities are being promoted. 3RINCs play the role of a ‘platform’ where stakeholders from all over the world can gather and consolidate this latest knowledge and technology, as well as the 3RINCs play a role in consolidating this latest knowledge and technology, as well as in strengthening the networks among the parties involved.
